I shouldn't download this app or bother myself going through the registration process.. Zain are the worst telco company on earth .. Starting from the Internet quality, to phone number. this pathetic company will never change and they will never fail in confirming that they r not worth a penny we pay to them for their services.
and now their Zain Cash services they want a vid lol ! Like who you think you are !! You r just a miserable company with miserable services!
I should always lower my expectations when it comes to this company 🤦🏻‍♀️

Can’t even sign up. It gets to the video screen, then tells me the video is too short. BTW you have no control over the video length. Just keep going in circles, obeying the command but getting an error message that says too short. I give up.
I feel violated because I’ve already given them my passport info and photos now.
