App on iphone is not fully working, buttons for “submit”, “close”, or “back” are not clickable at times which can only be resolved by killing the app and opening it again. Would love to be able to see the bill, maybe it is there but I cannot easily find it. Also, it needs a Face ID as I cannot always remember my password. Lastly, not sure if PayPal is no longer accepted but it doesn’t work anymore despite it being there as a payment method

I mean I’ve seen my fair share of terrible apps, but an app this bad, I didn’t think it was possible. Imagine having an app that lets you pay for your bills no matter what type it is if it’s water, electricity, gas, etc. sounds convenient doesn’t it? Know imagine it DOESN’T EVEN WORK!!! I’ve never rated an app before, but I had to rate this one. Because I called customer care and they had the audacity to tell me “We don’t know what’s causing the issue, send us an email and we will look into it”. What kind of customer care is this?? I can’t wait till the government actually replaces you next year with the new application because MADFOOATCOM ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY!

This app is helpful and I am so glad to such way to pay bills in Jordan. - I would love it if you show names alongside the subscription number. - Paid bills should be updated with in 24 hours to show that the bills are paid. - Make it easy to save your credit cards information to make it easy for monthly payments.
