Joli: Creator Collabs

In my first week of joining Joli I had 6 approved jobs! I’m still impressed! Also, customer service is excellent! Although, it can take up to 24 and not available on the weekends but you’d barely need assistance as the app is straight forward. And lots of choices for someone that is just about to reach 3000k followers! I love the fact that the approval process takes around 3/5 days!

Been being consistently ignored by the people who run this app for weeks now, I have no idea as to why, it's been 6 months now since I've had issues with my account, and despite leaving copious, emails direct messages, as well as normal messages, I have been ignored repeatedly, I can see that some of the messages have been open, and even after being told that I will be treated as priority and that my account will be sorted. I have had no help whatsoever, I don't want to have to take the nasty route, but if I keep being continuously ignored, I will be out in this situation on my social media pages, as I'm sure that will provoke a reply. Update STILL NO RESPONSE - terrible customer service who ignore you continuously

I was really enjoying this app, it’s a great way to pair content creators with restaurants that want to promote themselves or particular menus etc. They don’t do paid collaborations but, overall it’s still a great opportunity if you would like more content opportunities. HOWEVER, I have been experiencing technical issues for about a week now where I have been unable to request bookings, make amendments, select locations… (basically none of the key functions are working). I have been in contact with the help team but progress has been VERY slow. In this time, I have missed some pretty cool opportunities (where I have come off the wait list for some locations but then was unable to actually book within the 48 hours due to the functions not working.) It is quite frustrating and I don’t really think the help team are taking much time on resolving this… Again, the idea of the app itself is great, and usually it’s quite easy to use. But these tech issues are very disappointing from a user perspective.
