This is one of the best online marketing app I’ve known and use so far. You can post ads with or without payments, you can boost your ads, they publish your ads so well that you get calls from prospective customers in no time. I will recommend this app to anyone who’s looking to have a reliable online marketing app. Rating 5 stars is an understatement..

I recently subscribed to the ad boost feature on the Jiji Kenya app, expecting my ads to be shown to a wide audience for a whole month. However, my experience with this app has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I paid 2500 Kenyan shillings for the boost, but my ads were only shown to a mere 23 people throughout the entire month. To make matters worse, out of those 23 people, only a single person actually viewed my contact details. This abysmal result raises serious concerns about the effectiveness and legitimacy of Jiji Kenya's ad boost service. I feel like I have been scammed, as the app promised to show my ads to a much larger audience, but failed to deliver on that promise. If I had the option, I would give this app a zero-star rating. It's disheartening to see such misleading practices, especially when users are paying for a service that does not meet their expectations. I strongly believe that Apple should remove Jiji Kenya from the App Store due to their deceptive practices. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who may consider using Jiji Kenya's ad boost service. Save your money and look for alternative platforms that prioritize transparency and deliver on their promises.

This is a bad,I subscribed for boost business monthly payment of #9999 with my debit card on the 14th of june and it got expired on 14th of july but to my surprise my account was debited again on the 14th of july for the subscription again without my approval and I checked if the Auto renewal was on but it’s clearly off so i was surprise that is that how u just remove people money all because i used my debit card to make the transaction and not even notify me before deducting another money,why am writing this here is because I messaged the representative immediately on that 14th of July that I don’t want the subscription and the jiji plat form again that my money be refunded immediately and I received a call from one of the representatives the next morning 15th of july that the money will be refunded,to my surprise now the subscription as been canceled on my jiji account but I haven’t yet received my money back,and I keep massaging the representatives back but no reply...I want this issue to be addressed i want my money back this is act of fraud...even if i don’t get an exert locating of your office i will use the most powerful means in this new age which is media i will keep telling everyone that jiji is fraud till you finally refund my money....😡😡😡
