If you are from Philly or from the Jersey Shore or South Jersey, you may already know all about Italian water ice and soft serve and Gelatis——if not, you must find out all about it real soon ‘cause you’re missin’ out!!! Your life will be forever changed once your taste buds meetup with Jeremiah’s creations—- like Pumpkin Pie/Vanilla Gelati, P-nutty/Chocolate Gelati, Orange Smash/Vanilla Gelati, Key West Tropical, Strawberry Lemon, Rootbeer, Mint Chocolate Chip, Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, and the list goes on. They even carry non-dairy flavors. They are located all over FL & within several states. I had a Pumpkin Pie/Vanilla Gelati that was scrumptious; it took me back to South Jersey; it did not disappoint!! I will be going to J-Miah’s weekly for “my fix!!” Kyle, the owner in Palm Harbor, was so very pleasant—-offering samples if we wanted to indulge. He explained their J-List Rewards, too! This app is so terrible, the owners of Jeremiah’s do not care as they make enough money but aren’t a big enough business to think having a functional website and app matters. There are too many instances of missing points, Misapplied points, lack of application updates for over two years in the App Store, incorrect pricing, selecting sizes when placing online orders. During a promotion where purchase was made, and at the end of the week you could redeem that for a free small item, Jeremiah’s still managed to swipe earned points from our accounts and refused to return them. I reached out to Support multiple times for six months with no response and finally found an email address on LinkedIn for one of their senior staff members. She responded that they would deposit five points as a courtesy after stealing 50 points from my earnings. their ice cream and gelato are good and the staff inside the stores are friendly, but their customer service, owners Technical Support and administration. Staff are the most awful I’ve seen for any corporation in the United States in 2024.

Jeremaih’s cotton candy Italian ice is the best thing I have ever had. It is absolutely delightful. My whole life changed after trying this flavor. If cotton candy has 1 million fans I am one. If cotton candy has 100 hundred fans I am one. If cotton candy has 10 fans I am one. If cotton candy has 1 fan I am that one fan. If cotton candy has no fans I no longer exist. Cotton candy is the most beautiful thing I have ever tasted. Whoever made it should own the whole world. If cotton candy no longer exists I will also not be able to exist. Thank you.
