In its current state I am unable to create a user profile to sign up for rec access. It’s required on JBER to have signed up for rec access and to check in to the areas on base if you are in them, otherwise you are trespassing. The app will glitch and stop allowing data entry into the required fields, or will not allow you to open the hold harmless agreement, which is required to complete the application.
