Love going to Java House, and the app makes it super easy to order ahead if needed, and apply rewards, discount codes, etc.! I also like that there are visuals of what each drink looks like, and it’s easy to modify a drink in-app, or go back in and edit an order before finalizing. Also, unlike the Starbucks app, the Java House app doesn’t make me reload a gift card to finish using the full balance if it’s insufficient to cover the full payment amount due - I can just add a new form of payment to pay the remaining balance owed.
I love the convenience of being able to order drinks and treats on the app while I'm in the library and having them waiting for me when I walk to the Cafe. This is especially helpful if a customer finds themselves without cash but needs a coffee fix!
This app is SO much easier to navigate than the previous one! I got $10 off my first mobile order, which was amazing. And my payment method has worked every time, which was an issue with the previous app as well. Huge improvement!
