It’s a shame cause I love their pizza and their deals but both the app and their website is horrible. I can add things to the cart but then can’t go to the cart. The cart is no where to be found. I called them and they were just like oh yeah we can just take your order online. It would be better for them to not have an app at all then to have one so crappy.
The pizza is great when you can finally order it. But their mobile site and app are so god awful and frustrating that by the time you finally are able to order you’re not hungry anymore you’re just angry. They lost a sale today because of it.
Every time I use the app it requires me to select store even though my local store is listed at top under "Pickup From." I also have to renter credit card info. Instances where it doesn't remember my customer profile. 👎🏻
