This app is a great idea, and appears to give access to many of the features of the Jubilee. However, the app is a bit clunky, and it is not very user-friendly. For example, I fat fingered my name when I entered it, and accidentally misspelled it. There is no way within the app to corrected the error, and there is no link to any help organization to correct the error for me. Even if I go to “edit account data” within the app, it only allows me to update information like address, phone number, and passport. I also understand about controlling access, but being required to enter a passport or other ID number as well as date of birth seems a bit strange … especially, when the summary on the app page says that the developer does not collect any personal information.
