Good data sharing policies, however I couldn’t get the app to take my payment methods. Tried 4 different cards, and all were available to use. So it was a company side issue. Couldn’t recharge my car overnight as a result — which caused my plans to change significantly.
Why is it so hard for these companies to just let cars charge with a credit card like gas stations? Can’t use the app in remote areas if you don’t have cell reception, kept erroring out on payment even when I did have cell service, it did tell you about locations well. Make a wallet card or something so charging can happen all the time or just accept a credit card at the charger.
Straightforward and gets the job done. Wish there were a way to recharge in the app. It also crashes when trying to go into settings in the app.
