I really hate this app. It used to be ok but the functionality on the app was annoyingly limited and getting online not on mobile is a pain. But sometime ago the app went down hill. Keeps logging me out. Then my password doesn’t work even though I’m sure it’s right. Have had to get it reset by admin a couple of times. It’s made me completely disengage from all the daycare correspondence because I just hate dealing with it.
If there was a shame of all for apps in 2025, HubHello will be on top. This requires login each time you open the app and the UI is so bad that you feel embarrass to even open this app in front of others. How’s the management of the app not noticing this? Just by using AI, I can write a better app than these mobs. Only good thing about it is that I get to see my child progress report, everything else about this app is just so bad.
It’s great this is a free resource, but the user experience is very poor. You can't save photos to your photo roll, replying to posts is difficult, but the worst thing is the app logs you out after just a few minutes all the time. While you can share a login with another caretaker, it's disappointing that you can't create multiple users/ logins linked to the same child. I tried to find a link on the Australian website to provide this feedback privately but couldn’t locate it, so I’m leaving this review in the hopes that the developers can make some improvements.
