I’ve had this app for less than 2 days and am already seeking help from the daycare centre I waitlisted my kid for. I created my kids profile, the next day it’s disappeared and I can’t see her pending enrolments, I can’t re-add her on because they’ve got some sort of back end information, so it won’t allow me to add her twice. The website version is just as bad if not worse, their videos on “how to” are basic, and also useless because tabs they reference don’t even exist for me to click on. Has to be the worst app/website I’ve ever used for something that is super important.
Application is asking for unnecessary information like DOB add of parents, phone no(complete recipe to hack your bank account) Which should not be necessary as the registration is through invitation only. Application is not by known or secure SAAS services where you can trust with your data. Unfortunately I am forced to share my details by Childcare, childcare already have these details. I am not sure why the are asking such details again. We are part of broken system where such important things have no value and ever one will start crying when this app would be hacked. Sorry but no sorry.
I’m sure centres around Australia pay a lot of money for this app to help with the payment collections of a daycare centre but for anything else, this app cannot be relied upon especially if your a parent. And don’t try to get assistance. The support team handball you back to your centre who then have to raise the same ticket and also get no response. It would be great to be able to see my child’s day in the palm of my hand… instead I can only see photos on a computer. And don’t bother with notifications. They’ll work for a day and then stop working. The end user of your “Guardian” app is the guardian so maybe start considering them in your dev plans and support systems.
