Unacceptably broken
Cannot get this to work on a normal iphone, their support team gave up on it. Prempoint will recommend you convince your landlord to provide you with a prempoint fob; those with experience working with landlords probably know that's a big sell... Genuinely this is the only app I've used on my phone that just doesn't work, and being able to access your housing is too important for a gimmick app to lock you out. Observing others using it, even when it does work it's usually incredibly slow.

Most convenient key system!
We purchased the lock and started using it at our home. It has never been easier to handle all of the people who need access whenever we are not home, for example our cat sitter. And we can see the times of arrival and departure too. It’s perfect!
