1300 HOME GP

Made a booking through the app, 4 hours later called to find out they didn’t get it. If you’re going to use this service do it over the phone so you can be sure the booking has been made. If you’re calling a doctor, don’t chance unreliable software.

Used the App, no call back. After 30 minutes I called and they just said “oh yeah there you are”. Fine I can live with that but then they said a doctor should be there between 6 & 7pm and I called back at 7pm to get an update the person said the doctor just started and will a few hours! Not good for a 15mth old. Problem is I usually use 13sick that has been great every time including SMS updates. I just saw this one up in our GP’s office. Delete.

Yep, normally awesome service finally failed today. Placed an app appointment and called them an hour later and got the "it just came through"!!! Because of that I am now waiting at 10:50pm for my 3yr old to be seen by a dr and job logged originally 6:20pm. And I am still waiting apparently another 45mins. Not impressed, will try someone else next time
