This app works perfectly fine! It’s very convenient to have. Those who reviewed the app badly simply did not follow the correct steps on the UCard website. If you do not see the credentials button, then you either have not uploaded a photo to the UCard website, or you have not been given the credentials access. If the credential button still hasn’t shown up, you can just call the UCard office and have them easily fix it. Please follow the steps, this app doesn’t deserve low review because of user error. <3

When you first open the app it asks for an email. It literally won’t let me past that part. It says error and that it can’t find me and no one can figure out why. It’s the correct email and I’ve been jumping through hoops for literally weeks trying to get this to work. I’ve never been more frustrated with an app before.

I can sign into my university of Utah Ucard login, but the settings in the app does NOT have a credentials tab for me and so I cannot add it to my Apple wallet to scan into my dorm building. So I am trapped out of my dorm thanks to this app. Do you developers realize people rely on this heavily, there are real consequences to your actions? Maybe don’t hire actual children to program this very important tool for students? Seriously… I called your help desk and the guy told me he had no clue how to fix it and then I called my IT at my school and they had no idea either. Thanks to your lackluster programming I get the short end of the stick. Great app you guys, really well done. I hope this gets removed permanently because I’m extremely disappointed this got the green light. Thanks for nothing. I’d give zero stars if I could, sleeping on the street
