I am having the most difficult time trying to figure out my accounts on the app. Before the changes it Was so simple. I can’t find how to transfer money and it’s so frustrating!!

I don’t like how you guys hold a small $300 dollar check for 2 weeks, when I been banking with SafeAmerica for 2 years. Maybe I would understand if it was a $3000 check but $300?🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ come on people get it together!!!!💯

Not having weekend hours is an inconvenience and has made me open an additional account at another credit union that still has Saturday hours. Sometimes you need to access more than the ATM minimum on the weekend or get a cashiers check for a large purchase and getting to the office during business hours is difficult.
