ParkBoston – Boston Parking

This is great! I couldn’t believe you could do this till I traveled east! My only complaint is you can only do it once during the day and then you have to park in a new zone or feed the meter. Other than that the app is super easy to use and I have no problems with it at all.

I have been parking in Boston for decades & I always used to have to keep so many quarters in my car- sometimes I’d forget & what a pain in the neck that was! Parking in this city is tough enough without having to remember to have CHANGE. It really streamlines the process & lets me get to where I’m going that much faster- I really enjoy it! Yay technology!

The old version of the app works for me, the new version seems to have a bug. I paid for parking this evening and while the session was active, it first looked totally fine in the app. Now the session has ended and it is not showing up in my history. I got a ticket for the parking session, even though I can see that my credit card was charged for parking in the app. I am disappointed that I now have to argue the ticket, when whole point of app is convenience and now I’ll need to go through the inconvenience of fighting it.
