Hopscotch – Kids Fashion Brand

We ordered clothes worth Rs. 6000 or so. We were delivered a piece of cloth instead of the items ordered. We tried contacting the customer service through phone and there was no response on phone. We sent an email with the issue and shared pictures of the package through email. Now we got emails with standard message that the issue was resolved. When i insisted that the issue is not resolved, we got calls to get more details and asking for pictures again. It has not been easy to deal with customer service with numerous calls and emails. Finally, they said they will invertigate the issue of wrong items delivered and get back to is in 3-5 days. There is no response from them yet even after 1 week. There is no response even to follow up emails. Terrible customer service!!

I received a message that my order will be delivered today and I was waiting for my package all day and was available at home all day. In the evening I received a message that you miss the package as you were not available, but the fact is that the delivery guy didn’t come or even call me!! This was my first order from hopscotch and I am so disappointed with this kind of service...I am not all suggest to shop from this site...very very bad and poor service. No values for customers. Waste of time..so so disappointed

I love the clothing line and quality. The fabric is so soft and well finished. The best part is I got my delievery for alot of products 4 to 5 days ahead of the scheduled time. I wish i could have ordered more stuff which was delievering late
