Yes, you’ve fixed the issue with the iOS update, but now you’ve redesigned the app to remove ALL functionality! What is wrong with you, what is your damage? How am I supposed to program anything, any schedule, any day of the week, my vacations, my time home or away. That’s the point of having an app that duplicated the wall thermostat screen, it was perfect before. Now it looks like it’s designed by and for a 5 year old. Put it back the way it was!

This app has had a rough go. After the old app broke completely with the release of iOS 18 last year, this new app, barebones as it is, at least works now and that’s what matters. If you are still having problems with it working on iOS, try deleting the app and redownloading it, authenticate (if you have problems with that, like I did, start with authenticating using the website firstly just to ensure you have credentials that really do work—it’s not you, it’s them, if you are experiencing authentication issues), and login to the app. At least you know that at least some people can use this app with the latest iOS (on an iPhone 13 Pro).

This app is mediocre. I have an iPhone 7 and it does work. They layout is in landscape mode only and there is no way to change it. It is displayed just as the thermostat is on the wall with less features than the actual thermostat. It is much slower than the actual thermostat as well. But in the end it is nice and convenient to be able to change the settings from the comfort of my bed and not have to get up. This app will get the job done but do not expect more.
