Been trying to withdraw my funds(over 15000) for over two weeks and I get the same excuse from support every time. “Your withdrawal is being processed by our operations team”. They don’t care about the user experience. Pretty sure I got scammed. UPDATE- it’s now May,20th. I have provided them with every document they’ve requested and I still have not gotten my payment, they say to contact live support but that is also useless. I expected better from the jackpotcity/supergroup brand. Used to be a very well ran and established organization, I can’t say the same now.
