If you request a deposit amount and do not actually complete the transaction, they will wait until you withdraw your winnings in the future and will proceed to collect the $ when you cash out (they deduct it off whatever you won). I learned this the hard way. To be fair I did accidentally close the window on a few deposits, but then I re-did my deposit for the same amount, which they gladly accepted. My thoughts were that the prior transaction would become null or void since I didn’t actually put money in, but this is not the case. I wish this was something that was made clear to users so that more caution could have been taken. I guess it is true to play at your own risk, but really what a rip off. They have no issue with it until you go to withdraw and then they strike with those funds. What a shame because I actually put a lot of money into their system. For those wondering they deducted me to the tune of $220. I have requested to delete my account because of this. EDIT: I have reached out to live chat prior to posting this and was told there is nothing they can do. SMDH at their reply on here!!

I am a new customer and I deposited $100 cad. Within 2 nights I turned it to $4000 cad. The third night I tried to login my account was blocked and my all my money was confiscated. I haven’t done anything wrong and their response was violated their terms(10.17). I explained to them I haven’t done anything wrong but they don’t care and just want to keep your money.
