Here’s a suggestion for a Google review that highlights the issue clearly and professionally: Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience Review: I had a terrible experience with Almosafer. I booked a hotel for 8 people (3 rooms) through their app, and when we arrived in Kuwait at 6:15 PM, we were shocked to find that the hotel was fully booked and our reservation was not honored. We immediately contacted Almosafer’s customer support, but instead of resolving the issue professionally, they offered us subpar alternatives far below the standard of the original booking. Worse, despite the fact that they had already charged us, they refused to book a replacement hotel using the deducted amount and insisted that we pay again out of pocket, promising to “refund” us later. We spent over 6 hours in the streets of Kuwait (until midnight) without a solution. For a group of 8, this was a stressful, exhausting, and completely unacceptable experience. Their customer service lacks professionalism and urgency, showing no regard for the inconvenience caused. I cannot recommend Almosafer to anyone and strongly advise travelers to avoid this service. I used Almosafer during my trip to turkey in multiple hotels. Rooms same as pictures, confirmation sent to hotels and didn’t find any issue with the booking, it gave me more discounts compared to competitors 😬, plus you can choose to earn extra alfursan miles or mokafah points.

I had two experiences with them: 1-I booked a hotel and I paid to Almosafer App but after that they called me and told me that the hotel is fully booked and we have another hotel same rate and level so I accept that because this is the first experience with them and I don’t know if they trusted or no, but unfortunately when I arrived to the hotel I was shocked by the poor level, It does not match the standard of the hotel that I choose. 2- I booked another hotel in different trip maybe they will be good and give them one more chance and I paid before one week of check in, when I arrived to the hotel unfortunately there’s no any reservation for me even the hotel didn’t know Almosafer Company and when I contacted to the customer service in Almosafer they didn’t care about my problem and I stay in the street until night without any solve, then I paid more and I made new reservation in another hotel. Until now since two years ago I didn’t get the refund and that was last experience with them
