I paid in full with Tamara and I changed the date so we paid the fee yet they took the whole amount!!! I tried to speak with them no one is answering me very bad customer service انصحكم ابعدوا ما عندهم اي اهتمام بالعميل انسحب المبلغ مرتين واكلمهم ومحد رد سحبوا حول الالفين غير الي دفعتها بتمارا حسبي الله

It a great idea to have all these searchable units under one roof and easy to reach and book but there many holes that can make the experience painful. Specifically speaking the app has evolved into a robotic rigid system with no easy way to debate an issue when it happens. No phone contact with customer service and the chat is dry and robotic …that is how its and good bye. A lot of inconsistency in the process… some units you book with a partial deposit , others full deposit , even if refundable! Those who you cancel can rate you ( and of course they give you a terrible rating) and you can rate them, even though you didn’t use the place!!! Just examples of issues that indicate total dependence on technology and minimal staffing with cold customer service , to save money and make more profits. و بالعربي ، تطبيق فكرة جميلة و لكن تنفيذ سيء لانه تحول الى ميكنة صرفة تفتقر الى التعامل الانساني العقلاني خصوصا عند حدوث اشكاليات. فلا خدمة زبائن صوتية و لا مرونة مع موظفي التحادث بالمراسلة ، حفظ و تنفيذ ، و هي كده و خلاص. يبدو ان السعي وراء الكسب بالاعتماد على التطبيق و القليل من الموظفين هو ديدنهم الان و استغلال حاجة الملاك للزبائن و حاجة الزبائن للعقارات . اظن تطبيقات اخرى قد تدفع هذا التطبيق للافلاس اذا استمر بهذه الكيفية.

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a significant issue with the chalet I am currently renting through your agency. Unfortunately, none of the air conditioning units in the chalet are working, which has made the living conditions quite uncomfortable, the owner tried to solve it at least. My main complain is on this agency and how they dealt with it, i would like to express my dissatisfaction with how this issue has been handled so far. I contacted one of your employees regarding the air conditioning problems, but, unfortunately, the situation remains unresolved. The employee’s skills were inadequate in addressing the problem, and I am extremely displeased with the level of service provided by your agency.
