With all appreciation and respect, I extend my deepest respect to all the Saudi Airlines staff who have generously honored us with their distinguished and wonderful services. I also extend all my appreciation to the wonderful passport staff and the rest of the staff working with them for the speed of completing and completing tourist visas, to be honest, faster than any country I have visited in the past twenty years. Finally, the utmost respect to the technical staff who completed the delivery of our bags to us faster than expected and in record time. Praying to the Most Gracious to grant you continued prosperity and security
بكل تقدير وأحترام أتقدم بوافر الأحترام لكل كادر الخطوط الجويه آلسعوديه الذين أكرمونا بسخاء بخدماتهم المتميزه والرائعه، وأتقدم كذلك بكل التقدير لكادر الجوازات الرائعين وباقي الكادر العامل معهم على سرعة أنجاز وأكمال التأشيرات السياحيه ، للأمانة أسرع من أي بلد قد زرته في سابق آخر عشرون عاماً. واخيراً فائق الأحترام للكادر الفني الذي أكمل على أحسن وجهه أيصال حقائبنا لنا بأسرع مما كان متوقع وبزمن قياسي. داعياً الرحمن أن يحقق لكم دوام الأزدهار والأمان

I like the current progression in the latest released versions and it’s definitely going in the right direction at last. However, redeeming miles is a major feature that is still missing and hopefully it will be added soon. Add that and fix the connectivity issues with your servers, as the app tends to be unresponsive at many time especially during making a booking, and you will get a solid 5 Star rating from me.

First time flying with Saudia. I was skeptical because flying with Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait made me comfortable already. My wife and a child flown with me. We had 4 luggage checked in instead of 6. Out of 4 luggage's, one of them was over 2lbs, they charged me $125. I spoke with the supervisor on premise, he replies" machine says 2lbs over, can't do anything "! I was ridiculed and told him that he is not a machine and I decided to speak about a 2lbs consideration from a human not machine. Anyways, I paid and moved on with my calm. At Jeddah airport I couldn't find one luggage. Now I am down to 3 out of 4 luggage's! Filled up a form and last 48 hours I got one update saying they have located my luggage and waiting to arrive at the airport. Meanwhile, I am about to leave Mecca to Madinah and soon to Dhaka. The whole fiasco began in JFK. I am waiting to see what actions are going to take place to satisfy a first time Saudi flyer!
