The app is an interface to your insurance policy, and it does a good job. I had a small problem using it, and the staff at 1st For Women helped me solve it. So the app has good support.

The app won’t open. As soon as I open it, it flashes up and immediately closes. Now I don’t have access to my roadside assist or panic button :((
