RCS App

I was skeptical when i applied for the card, but was impressed with the simpler process and quick delivery pf the card. The card has become my life line and so helpful when i need a cash extension. The card and the App are amazing tools in my life.

This app needs a serious upgrade. First it sends an authentication to the registered number when I had accepted login. Then all of a sudden it returns a response that I have declined it. This has happened many times I even complained about it to hello Peter. Each time I have to delete this app and reinstall it again. Same thing with Edgars app too. I think I'll have to lodge the complaint over and over until it's fixed. Why can't you check with the banks guys what's different that they are doing because you can never expected to keep uninstalling the bank app over and over again because of issues that could be resolved.

I’ve been trying for years to register on this app, sent countless emails to customer service, made dozens of phone calls, nothing works. When I try to register it tells me it needs my mobile number but there’s no place to input the number. Will this app ever work? Nobody at RCS knows how to fix it, they keep telling me they’ll refer it to “IT”, and then nothing ever comes of it. Had an RCS credit card for about 18 months and have never been able to register on the app. Come on guys. Make it work or take it off the App Store.
