Localiza Rent A Car

App doesn’t work properly. I can’t update basic info such as address, phone, email. Most importantly passport and credit card information! I can’t update my passport by entering new one neither can I add new credit card to extend contract. Basic features that would take any proficient level software engineer about an hour to fix. Oh and website, I log in but the reservation isn’t there!

They are the only provider where I need to rent, but their website login does not work. It won’t allow me to access my account or bypass my account to make a reservation. I’ve tried changing my password, still nothing. Then I tried the app, looks great but won’t allow me to make a reservation. A company that doesn’t allow you to use their services, truly a failure.

Has to be the most third world app I have tried to use. After setting up an account , filling in all my personal information, picking a car, filling out my credit card information. I find the app too stupid to accept my billing address for the credit card. I hope that someone who writes their app software is smart enough to understand. Not all countries use the same address format. And when you tell them what country you are from it will accept your address
