It automatically logs out over a period of time, my only question is: does a food app need such high security? I feel like i am using a bank app instead of just using a app ordering just one bowl of noddles… are those i.t behind insane??

I came here half a month ago and I couldn’t log in due to “system exception” how is it possible that I come again and it still says “system exception” when I log in? Are your so called updates just for show?

I cannot accept that I must be a member such that I can order. Can’t we order as guest? This is ridiculous and I hate to be so many membership which I have to share my personal information. And some meals must be ordered by the apps! That’s another poorly designed as well.
