Audiobooks HD: Unlimited Books

I use to love this app. I’ve had some bad experiences with this app before when they switched out the name and the format. I had lost a lot of money buying books that were deleted. They gave me a free year subscription to make up for my lost money. Not the point, those were mine forever, I bought them. I stayed faithful to this app despite the theft of my property, now the APP ISN’T EVEN WORKING AT ALL. Most of the books are garbage I don’t want to read and they hardly ever add new books to the collection. And reporting a problem with the app is laughable. This may be the last year I use this app due to terrible service.

I renew my premium after a year, but after it renewed and charged me, it’s still free. So I canceled the renewal and tried again, But this time it didn’t work, thankfully I haven’t been charged the second time, But why can’t I get back to premium? Especially after it says “Success!” Even though it isn’t? I would I like an answer plz I LOVED this app before, now it’s confusing Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Finally an app where I can listen to and buy the book in one place. Other apps make it harder than it has to be to do this. This app is easy to operate and has a great library to choose from. I’m uninstalling the other apps and I’m only keeping this one. It’s all I need. Thanks
