So the airline canceled an auto rescheduled me, but they made it worse by not making it noticeable that I needed to confirm the second half of the flight… and yet why would you auto confirm the first half of the flight? And then they call me from a random International number as though it’s gonna be convenient for me to call them back.. and when I try to call them during normal business hours through a local number that was typical to find on their website it says that they’re not available during these hours.. for me to reschedule would cost thousands of dollars so I’m stuck having to wait on them and they ruined my trip because I definitely missed it for at least a week because it will be no convenient layovers and instead, I’d have to wait in the airport for nearly a day and if I miss for every day, then I don’t get to book in my Airbnb, which is nonrefundable. absolute terrible service

I booked airport transfer from my home to the airport. Driver and travel operator was uncontactable at the supposed pick up date and time. Driver answered my call 15 mins later and said he was not aware of my booking and turned off the phone on me. I contacted Traveloka CS for refund immediately just to be replied with copy pasted messages multiple times saying that they are verifying the issue and it will take 30-60 minutes. There are no channel to call them directly so I can only do that via the chat msg within the app. Eventhough it’s clear that the driver did not arrive and pick me up at the agreed time for the ride to the airport, it still took them so long to verify and confirm the refund. In the end, I booked a grab car which arrived within 3 minutes. Traveloka CS called me almost 1 hour after my requested pick up time to tell me that the refund can be processed. Would definitely be late for my flight I waited for their process. Better order grab or taxi than relying on this app.
