If you touch in a text box, it often won’t open, or takes 3 to 4 tries. Even though the box is a certain size, you have to press in a specific spot. It’s really not user friendly in general. 2 stars because eventually you can get to what you need.

I hate how if you close the app, even for just a second, you have to log back in again. I get that they want to be as secure as they can be, but it starts to border being tedious. If that’s what you’re going to do, at least get some face recognition software, like all the other apps that are following the times. They should just get that anyway! I don’t have a thumb print anymore.

It is frustrating that the app has not been updated to include facial recognition. I forget the password (been changed repeatedly) and touch recognition will not work with my phone. It needs facial recognition. Because I forget the password, I get locked out of my account. Not even a chance to reset the password or answer security questions for password hint. Ugh!
