I’ve had an account with Community National quite literally my entire life (thanks mom for the savings account!). When I moved to East Texas for work for a few years, I was so afraid I’d be forced to change banks. This app saved me from that! It’s made banking with my hometown bank so simple and quick. And if I ever have any questions, I know they’re just a friendly phone call away.

I’m new to using this app, so I don’t have much to say yet except that it seems really nice so far overall. Very easy to use. The only thing I noticed is that the order of my bank accounts (checking, savings, business, etc.) on the homescreen keeps switching up. I haven’t figured out yet how the app decides which account should be on the top… maybe it’s trying to put the most recently viewed account on top. But for me, it’s just a little bit annoying that the order keeps shifting around. Sometimes I try to click on an account just to discover that the app hadn’t finished loading yet and switches the order of the accounts on me right when my finger clicks in the spot of the one I wanted to view, so I accidentally click on a different account because it switched spots. I can’t find a setting that lets me set the order and freeze it in place, but maybe there is a setting like that somewhere. Still learning the app.

The app serves its purpose and is better than balancing a check book. However, it can be difficult to navigate and usually runs slow. I don’t feel that the search function works properly, nor does it allow you to search far enough in the past. The app doesn’t provide the services or aesthetics our previous “big corporate” banking app did, but I have no problem sacrificing the pretty, user friendly app for the fantastic customer service we now receive with this bank.
