Najm Online

After so many unnecessary updates the app remains the same as it was couple of years back. No improvement basic functionality, you can use this app to see only your credit limit and remaining limits. Writing with regrets, there is no basic view at all. You can’t see the summary of last statement and due date. You need to download the statement in pdf and review it doesn’t make sense. This clearly shows that the app is not user friendly at all and you will waste your time and surviving to check the basic details.

I don’t see any progress in this app for the past two years now. It is one of the lowest rated finance/banking apps, and yet little to no improvement on speed, user experience, or features. We were promised time and time again for improvements with the new version, but I couldn’t see the increase in quality after the upgrade. I seriously considered canceling my Najm credit card because of the low quality app. All banks are way ahead of the game in terms of their online/mobile banking, while Najm is suffering with the basics. The low rating and user feedback should give quite an idea on user frustration, but it doesn’t seem to be taken as seriously as it should be.

Hello I’m NAJM customer for the past 4 years, the app is one of the worst for the following reasons The app crashes most of the time, it is not unusual that you will be suddenly logged out. The worst is when you put your fingerprint and wait for ages with 50% chance that it will open or to give you an error message, also when I want to review my statement or the unbilled transactions it always shows nothing in the records before the search and then the records will display and you keep wondering why this message appeared , also this step takes ages. If you want really to improve you have to make data retrieval and processing time fast, hope this helps
