Any time that I have had an issue or even just simple questions, the employees at citizens first of the villages are highly respectful, very knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to help you. If it’s possible, they will be able to accommodate you in all aspects of banking.
I like the app. It is very useful. I have one suggestion/complaint. When I make a payment that requires a check to be sent, it would be nice to see that transaction listed in the account right away. Even if it shows as pending. Currently the transaction doesn’t show up at all until the check is cashed and withdrawn from the account. That could be many days later and you can forget that you don’t have as much money in the account. Thank you.
Works fine for most basic things. However, the inability to add a memo comment to bill pay is terribly restrictive. (having to use the full website is painful and not sufficient for what should be an easy fix/option). Also, the fact that I can’t add in a decimal point but have to enter in extra zeros to make it go to dollars is simply mind-boggling! Allow me to enter a decimal point when specifying dollar amounts for Pete’s sake. 386 should be $386, not $3.86 by default. Allowing the use of a decimal point would be a sufficient fix IMHO.
