Citizens Bank (IN)

This app is absolutely horrible. It always locks me out of my account, which makes it very difficult to keep track of my balance. It even asks security questions that I never even set up. Very frustrating!

This app worked pretty well until a month ago, now I cannot open it on my iPhone 6S. I know I have an older phone, but the phone works great for all my other needs. This must get fixed quickly or I will have to change banks after 50 years with Citizens.

The recently updated app does not progress beyond the opening splash screen. It could be that, in supporting newer phones and operating systems, my iPhone 6 lost the app. Whatever the cause, it needs fixed! Update: Despite this review and contacts with the bank, the app does not work with the current iOS for an iPhone 6. 2nd update: A new version of iOS fixed the issue. However, mobile deposit function does not work.
