Always helpful and caring. Whenever I need help/assistance, I go in and someone assists me in a respectful and kind manner. I never feel as if I ‘ve not managed my banking well either. Someone will understand and professionally get me all set and back to normal. I’ll always stay with All One Bank

I like app overall it is convienent. However, I gt really upset when the app freezes when transfering money from savings to checking. It will get stuck on the transfer page right when its about to pet you submit. The only thing that fixes it is completely turning my phone on and off again. Also, sometimes the app will just randomly log you out of it and removes the fingerprint option to sign in. Needs to be fixed asap. It is so annoying especially when I’m out in public and I need to access that information when purchasing something.

I never write reviews but I really felt I had to for this. I’ve run into some really annoying bugs with the app. I just had to re-verify an external account and after doing so it messed up all of my accounts on my dashboard so can only see my LCU savings and my external checking account…very annoying since my pay goes into my LCU checking and I can’t see it now I also can’t see my external savings. Also the app crashes all of the time and at the worst possible moments, like during a transfer. Also why does the app not have an apple widget yet. So far I’ve been pretty disappointed, so I hope these issues can get addressed.
