Have been a Web 5 customer, since 1983! Moved to Florida in 2014, and kept my accounts open without any issues with transfers, paying bills, & moving funds to other accounts with ease throughout the country! Hope to continue in the future!!👍👍

Expierence with bank staff has been terrific. Normal functions like daily ATM limit set way to low. Put so much into setting up Bill Payees surprised they all go out by check expected 7 days later?? Hello I’m paying it this way for speed🤷🏼‍♂️. Is this a way of charging monthly maint fees etc? Huge surprise to see bank re-issue ATM cards. Impressed but 1 week after I join the bank an get things set-up!! 😠.

I am not very savvy with all this new technology and haven’t had a bank account in seven years and the stuff on front Street. Especially Sam has been very accommodating helpful. And allow me to successfully use my account. I really enjoy the app.
