I enjoy the accessibility of my branch, and helpful service.
Only criticism is phone sign in into sensitive and puts a hold on the account too quickly if you make a mistake signing in.

Great Credit Union. App works. Accurate. Interface is not straight forward, but it is so small, I can find everything. Optional email alerts are great, but the information in the emails is not presented for quick analysis - too many useless words. Alert setup is overly clunky. Everything works in the app, and it is appreciated, but it could use some organization.

Service is poor. System with ATM is really bad. Several issues depositing money at ATM machine. Several times machine has been down. Could use a couple more branches. Maybe one in Ashland or Holliston. Convenience reasons. Other than that the banking policies are pretty good.
