I'm about ready to delete this app!! You guys sent out an email this morning that we could play in Las Vegas and receive double coins all day. Well that hasn't happened. Each time I play when my score is calculated, the coins do not double. Even if I bingo I still receive no double coins. I'm not wasting my tokens trying to play anymore. You need to fix this!! Fast!!!!! I really don't understand this game. When's I first started playing, I didn't have a hard time at all hitting bingo several times, that's why I continued to play as long as I did. You would think that as a player gets more experience, the benefits and bonuses would increase. Because you know as we go from room to room, the chips to purchase a card begin to cost cost more and more, therefore 38 chips once a day is not enough. I have played Bingo USA for the past 10 days and have bingoed one time. Not only that, but the only way to use power ups is to daub numbers called. You can't daub if your numbers are never called That's very aggravating 😡😡 I've addressed this problem several times with no response from your support team. Because of this, I will be deleting this app today. Believe me, there are other games out there on the market that are much better than this.
