I have been using ServiceSeeking for over 7 years and I have never had any issues whatsoever. There’s none of this 10 businesses going after 1 quote and the staff actually care and try and help us businesses out. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you want to take your business to the next level then give ServiceSeeking a go, you will not be disappointed at all guys.
Terrible customer service, I am a tradesman and I set a account up to help with work flow. All I got was a call from someone the day I signed up and pretty much forced it on me to upgrade my service cost so that I would gain more jobs. I got not one job in the 2 weeks I have had it. Went to cancel and no one gets back to you, no one responds to emails calls etc. just a big money scam in my eyes, wouldn’t waste your time money. They talk it up that it’s so good and you will get heaps of work. Honestly it’s nothing like they talk it up to be. Once they got my money, never heard from them, I tried calling to arrange to send them my public liability certificate to add it to my page. No response, tried to do police check so that potential clients could see that all ok. No response, once they got my money and more money for upgrading my service, got no response from them when needed help or assistance with the service. Do your research and don’t get sucked in like I did.
I place a quote up thinking that tradesmen are going to quote me via the online system, and I receive random calls which I don’t appreciate! Edit: It is now Monday morning and I have been inundated with random and blocked calls since the crack of dawn. Even after stating in the quote not to call, tradesmen continue to prank me! Disappointed and frustrated now. Why is there no option to change your mobile preferences under the profile section? And why is there no profile edit section to start with? I also can’t see anywhere where I can view and manage, delete the photos I uploaded for the original quote - this is also very frustrating as what if you need to take a photo down? Change a photo? At least see what you have uploaded? And I cannot see anywhere that allows me to edit my original quote - the information, when i am looking to get it done, I cannot edit the quote once posted? I have added all info to the initial text box and then afterwards it asks me to list the same info, and does not allow to skip a section or even go back to copy and paste parts of my description? This is indeed frustrating. This app and service is a good concept but without it having these options for the customer, it is letting the customer down.. and the website isn’t any better.
