This app doesn’t post any negative feedbacks someone give to a tradie on it - I hired 2 tradies on it, whoever would get back to you meaning they small business or dole traders don’t get much clients - cuz if they owns good reputation, they wouldn’t get bothered doing that. So overall pricing is high anyways, yet acceptable as still within industry tolerable range. Accepted the job - poor quality job every time, and they’d try talk you into pay in cash etc as that way it won’t need to go thru hipages system so they lower the price bit for you. But when you find out about the poor quality job they’ve done - they gone block your number and never show up again. *MOREOVER* And if you leave any negative feedbacks on hipages - it won’t even get published, so people won’t know ; also the rating is calculated by good feedback with recommendation words/good feedback with/without recommendation words, negative feedbacks never get reflected and taken into account so there’s any no star based rating system to reflect the real and fair rating people would give. Be careful out there.
