Call dispatcher 8pm Sunday night to see if I can book an 8am ride to get my dog to the aspca for a life saving surgery, he said it would be no problem, to book using the app and I would get a call when the driver was 5-10 minutes away. So I did This morning I called at 8:05 asking if the driver was enroute they said the reservation had be cancelled that I can’t use the app to book a trip from the Bronx to manhatten. That they wouldn’t honor the price given by the app that it would be $8 dollars more. I said that’s fine. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and he returned to let me know that no one would be coming. Very unprofessional, very discourteous and very rude. And if it turns out my dog cannot be seen because they decided to cancel my reservation without notice because the app charged me $8 dollars less than they would have liked. I will be filing a civil suit for the loss of my dog.
