Sometimes they have people sharing accounts and it’ll show you its a certain car and when the car gets there it’s a totally different person and/or car. I do not recommend for single female travelers for this reason because if something happens the company will deny it saying that the driver isn’t one of their drivers when they’re the ones using the app in an illegally marked car that’s not licensed to take people. Also the drivers show up late more then half the time and a lot of them are very rude so is the dispatcher they always have an attitude.

Reliable service at great prices, no interest charges, in case you are running late to your ride. Also the pay in cash option is awesome!

First of all, I CALL my local prestige dispatch for a car maybe 5 times a week for work, and they’ll answer with attitudes, drivers don’t show up half the time, I'm forced to call again and receive more attitude. So I thought maybe using the app would be more productive being that I don’t have to deal with their employees directly. But unfortunately the app is useless. They’ll allow you to add a debit card for a form of payment but ONLY take credit cards ?? Plus, they charged my debit a dollar and change to verify it had a balance but then wouldn’t charge it for the actual ride?? Waste of time.
