Odd choice for Paramount to not renew the contract when this game was seemingly made to celebrate a so many year anniversary for Forrest Gump. I am glad the developers were able to scrub any references so they could keep the app up for everyone. I don't understand why Jenny is now called Claire; Forest I can understand (besides Forest Whitaker,) by Jen or Jenny is a pretty common name. I'll laugh if Paramount trademarked the character name Jenny.

I play a lot of running style games. What run forest run does best is atmospheric world and unique power ups along the way. The ads are present, but are not to annoying to be frustrating to the point of quitting. As it stands now I have encountered my first major bug in that leveling up my multiplier from x14 to x15 will not progress and shows that I have 100 percent completion too rank up. This is a fantastic runner game and easily have recommended too friends and would still recommend even now to at least give it a solid try.

It’s super weird that this is a Forrest Gump game, considering the subject matter of the movie, and I’m still not 100% sure how I feel about that. But the game itself was really fun!....When it worked. Now it loads up the game and has an empty bench with text saying to tap to play, and doesn’t do anything from there. Tried restarting the phone, clearing cache and everything else I could think of, but still no Forrest and an empty bench. It’s a shame because it was fun enough to have me not thinking about my confusion on how to feel about the subject matter (a flying mentally handicapped person who is running on highways facing cars going the opposite direction and can survive running into cars if he has a helmet on). So I really don’t know how to feel about this game, even when it’s working really now that I put thought into it 🤔 I guess, cool game but fix it and maybe consider changing it to not a Forrest Gump game?? Just sayin, you might be playing with fire here...
