Gladiator Heroes Arena Legends

I have a problem with my account, there used to be a small purple button, (in game) on the town screen. The purpose of the button was for a customer/consumer to explain or express concerns and issues they were having with the game. It was always VERY helpful, but this time I am forced to come here to leave a review in hopes that my issues will someday be addressed. Issue: I have played this game for many years under many different accounts on several separate devices. (Gangland, The Last City) <— these are previous town names from past accounts. My newest or most recent account I had mistakenly named “Unnamed” A few days ago, I made an in-game purchase that allowed me to unlock the ‘Shaman’ character, and since then I haven’t been able to open the game at all. It stays at the loading screen for hours. So, today, I was forced to offload and re-install the game (knowing that I have been connected to gamecenter and logged in using my Apple ID. My game now is gone and I’ve been made to restart from scratch. I am unsure of how you deal with these situations now, as in the past I have had that small purple button to go to, but I have receipts for all the in-game purchases I had made on all my accounts. I would like to have my most recent account back, but I am unsure if ‘logging in with apple’ will bring me back to my old account or overwrite my account entirely. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thanks.

I have been playing this game for several months and have felt the frustration of “buggy” performance which caused several features not to work properly or at all. The developer team took a lot of criticism and heat for the constant issues such as training loss, fame resets, game crashes which resulted in dead or defeated gladiators.... this list could go on. My point is, they put a whole new look to the game and I have not found a single issue with any of the new updates. Instead of apologies and excuses, the team leaned in hard to deliver a diamond from the rough, and I believe this is the game they envisioned it to be. You can pay to play if you want, but I have received plenty of top level gear to include Clash of Gods spear, Painkiller dual wield swords, the Flame two hand axe, and Imperator sword all rank 5 level 10 items. Back to clan wars.... Lightning Strike is the clan to beat!!!

This game never ceases to amaze me by how bad the developers can screw stuff up. This latest “Hot Fix” is a freaking disaster. Every single one of my gladiators training levels was brought down to 0!! That is unacceptable. The amount of time and “gold” it takes to get them trained to the max is ridiculous mainly because it is very difficult to get the resources you need, not just for training, but for everything! This is because the developers made it so you can’t get resources by replaying levels. You are forced to advance in single player, attempt to play the buggy, unfair, and totally not worth it resource wise multiplayer, or build up your production buildings which, unfortunately, can only take you so far. I believe the developers want you to spend money on gems or resources and thus, the reason for the current state of the game. I am so frustrated right now and I know I am not alone. I stopped playing this game for months after the last developer screw up and they refused to support me, and now I am regretting coming back to this game again. The biggest reason for continuing to play was because I didn’t want all of my gladiators to loose their training levels, and now, since the developers took care of that problem for me, looks like I have no reason to continue playing anymore. Seriously do not waste your time on this game unless some major changes take place. You will be saving yourself a lot of time, and most importantly, frustration.
