Filters do not work and products not organized well , website is much better. When selecting filter from the drip down menu it does not actually perform the filtering. What makes it worse is when looking for shirts without this filter function they aren’t organized properly so I can’t find the section of shirts I want to buy. Use the website instead. Their products are very good and high quality, so it’s a shame the app doesn’t work well. Use the website instead.

Buying through app is straight forward and easy, but the search does not bring out all the results. I could not search for travel shirts in app. I hope it will be improved as i regularly buy your shirts.

I recently visited the Kings Street store in Manchester for a dinner suit, which I require for future formal events. Due to the superb level of customer service and excellent attention to detail, I decided to purchase the full attire, which included the evening shirt, midnight blue bow tie and evening shoes. The level of service is second to none with the range of garments being very extensive. I cannot recommend Hawes & Curtis highly enough and special thanks go to Lee in the Manchester store for his general advice and guidance, whose informed choice ensured my customer satisfaction exceeded all expectation.
