This app has great potential but is not built well at all. The old CITGO Pay app was far more reliable. This one gives nothing but errors and $0.00 everytime the pay feature is tried. The rewards are nice and track well, but the pay feature should just be removed until it works properly.

The addition of payments capability has made this a much better app. My loyalty number automatically gets added to the transaction and I receive an extra 2 cents rollback. The premier status is also a big win because Triple Tuesday is now worth 18 cents off the price!

App work decently enough most times. My biggest gripe is that I have to open the app every other day so it doesn’t automatically log me out. Why can’t I stay permanently logged in since it’s just on my phone?
