Update: The latest release fixed all the bugs I reported below. Works as advertised now. [Previous review: I’ve been trying for weeks to get this app to work. At first, it wouldn’t let me sign in. It kept returning to the sign-in page each time I tried, and each time I tried to sign in, it said, “Something went wrong. We’re working on it.” After several days of trying to get in, it finally let me in. I then navigated to a BP station that the app directed me to, and I wanted to use it at the pump. After selecting the pump, I was at, it attempted to authorize the pump and failed with a message that the page wasn't available and I couldn't continue the journey. I’ve now had the app fail that way at three different stations hundreds of miles apart. I’m ready to give up.]

As others have said, the app never actually gives you any rewards at the pump. This is been the case since I got it a year a go. I have called into customer service multiple times to report this. The first time I was told that they would work on providing me credits for my missing discounts. Months went by and no one called me. When I called in again, I was told to email receipts for proof. I did this, and several more months went by without any response. When I called in again, I was told that the receipts did not contain the right amount of information to receive the credits, and that now too much time has passed, and they could not credit me for receipts that old. I have never seen a worse product or worse customer service. Literally failed in every aspect. In fact, this is really fraud / false advertising, while I have wasted a years worth of rewards on this. Not only have they lost a rewards app customer but I will not go to these gas stations anymore either.

It’s been 3 weeks since I amended my review & I still can’t sign into the Earnify app despite messaging from app telling me to complete my registration! Have deleted and reinstalled countless times. When will this be fixed???
Amending this review because this app is the worst! Instead of cheating you out of rewards, now you can no longer sign in to the app to begin with. Totally worthless! Why did BP change their rewards program?? The other app worked just fine. I would avoid using this until they work fix it. And calling or email customer service will get you nowhere!
I enjoy the convenience this app offers and the opportunity to earn rewards… however it has been very glitchy the past few months and I get error messages at particular BP stations; it advises you to use your card instead and states points will be added to your rewards total, but they never are! I have written & called customer service to no avail. I hope they can soon fix those technical issues!
