Cut the Rope: Time Travel

This game brings back a lot of nostalgia for me, but this is seriously too much ZeptoLabs. I know you made all CTR games free, but you can't just put ads in it every 3 seconds. You can't even use the app without an internet connection due to the penny pinching attitude of ZeptoLabs here. In my opinion, ads every 5 restarts are a little much. However, ZeptoLabs is going the extra mile here with ads every 2 restarts. These ads often purposely make it impossible to exit out of, requiring you to restart the game. It is extremely annoying and renders the game unplayable. I loved the game before all the ads, then I would have rated it 5 stars. Now, I can't even rate it 3 because of the ads. Without the ads, the game is really fun and a good time killer, which is why I gave an extra star (I didn't purchase the no ad thing). To me, this game costs 3 dollars. Without the ad blocker, the game feels hollow and doesn't provide anything special compared to other ad-packed mobile games. I don't understand why they won't simply make the game 3 dollars and remove all ads. If they did this, I would have rated 4 or 5 stars. This flaw cripples the enjoyment of the game. This is my 1st review, expect to see me elsewhere. It's sad to see ZeptoLabs fall this far. Final rating: 2/5 | Don't download, waste of space.

So I love this game and I loved it for a long time Om Nom is SOOOOO cute and it got even better when I started unlocking things that cost money randomly for free! For example, no ads! For like a month or so I had ZERO ADS! But that all changed when I connected to school WiFi (this iPad is new) and first thing when playing a pop-up appeared. I hoped it was just a glitch that got through but no, it kept on appearing. Then I was hoping that it was just a new ad they added, but then ones I had gotten over a month ago started appearing. I was so angry! My last hope is that it was only on school WiFi but when I got home... AD AD AD AD AD AD AD AD AD AD AD AD AD AD AD AD! So I am SUPER ANGRY at ZeptoLab UK Limited and if you’re a developer please respond to this! But overall four stars a pretty good game just drowned by ads. Thank you for reading my super long review and hope you have that super of a day thank you! Update: It turns out I am realizing what the problem is (probably). I don’t need your help anymore but will tell you how to remove ads! If this doesn’t work then I am wrong and I am not 100% sure this will work, but if you go to settings>screen time>content restrictions>web content or something like that>allowed websites only and you go to cut the rope it should work with no ads! Hooray! No more ads! But when surfing the web you will have to turn it off or allow the websites you want to visit. But it will still by a 99% chance work! Have a good day. Edit: Also, you can’t watch videos with that setting.

I have played most if not all of the Cut The Rope games before, and have thoroughly enjoyed them all. This amazing piece of the series is no different, with its creative time machine adventuring. However, that being said, there is one feature I personally used an unbelievable amount of times that isn’t present in this game: The reset button. While technically yes, it is still here, it is incredibly annoying to have to open the menu every time I mess up the third star. Having the button be right next to the menu button just made everything much smoother and needless to say, faster too. Overall, all the fun, main, features of the Cut The Rope games are still here, and better then ever. If you are on the edge on whether or not to try this game, I would say “Go for it” every single time.
