The people who answer whenever I call for something after hours are very nice and always helpful with solving my problem
Also my local bank in Candor, NC are great people and very knowledgeable about anything I need help with. Linda the manager and the others are always cheerful and greet people with a smile.
It’s always a good experience anytime I go by that bank in Candor
I live between 2 Fidelity Banks so sometimes I go by Biscoe ,NC bank and those employees are also kind to me every time

I love everything about this Bank! They know you by name and make sure to call you by name when you go in. They have free checking options and allow you to open more than one account without extra fees. The mobile app and website is super user-friendly and I like the ability to be able to move money back-and-forth between personal and business accounts.

This app used to be easy to use for people with visual impairments. Now unable to adjust fonts to a size that is able to be seen without cutting off half the screen app will not no appear in portrait mode.
My second problem is that you can no longer view daily transactions along with whom you made the transaction . Waiting for statements is too long to catch fraudulent transactions so the bank can be alerted and a stop can be made and a new card issued. Bring back daily transactions
